“The dealership was nice and the cars were nice but I just wanted to look. I drove through the dealership and was pursued by a sales person that I clearly waved to but drove by, indicating I did not want to talk. The salesperson approached my car and began asking me questions about the car I wanted, how I would pay, etc. If they had the vehicle I wanted I would not be deterred but I did not appreciate the pressure.”

I went shopping for used cars in Greensboro and recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Charger from Frank Myers Auto Maxx. This is the second vehicle purchase for my husband and myself with this dealership. I have to say that everytime we have called looking for a specific vehicle, they have either had what we were looking for or had been able to find it. We have had really great experiences working with Tracy and Rich. Since my credit was not the greatest, Rich had gone out of his way to make sure that I was able to purchase the car that I wanted. He stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on and what I needed to do. Most dealership won’t even bother to speak with you if you don’t have perfect credit. I also have to say that I was VERY impressed with the deal that I received. We have already recommended them to some of our friends and will continue to do so.

“I have been going to Frank Myers Auto Maxx for the past 18 years and am totally satisfied with the cars I’ve bought there. When my previous car died and needed to be replaced many years, I went to Frank Myers Auto by mistake and they found me the perfect used vehicle. They also gave me a very excellent deal. I was able to drive it home the very same day. Not only that, but they delivered my new car to me in Kernersville the next day. Robert in their service department has always taken care of my vehicles and always helps to make a stressful situation less stressful. I also use their shuttle service that always takes me back to work when my oil is being changed. I will only go to Frank Myers Auto Maxx with my vehicles, and think that everyone should do so too!
